Xbox needs, wants and faults.

Hello. I've been playing this game since FM12 on desktop. Having bought it on xbox this year and spent a considerable amount of time on it, I think we need a few patches. 

In create a team mode, the xbox platform doesn't allow you to 

Select nationalities of players 

Or

Select rivals 

Both of the above appear, but don't allow you to adjust. 

It would also be great if you could have a patch or update to have discussions with players that would improve morale and consistency as you can opt for in pc versions. It just detracts from the game ever so slightly. Think we are moving to a pay for results stratergy and I really hope these add ons are not the case.
