Graphics not working

None of my graphics are working for FM21.

I have tried:

Clearing cache and reloading skin.

Uninstalling the game and reinstalling the game.

Deleting all graphics packs and putting them back in the correct folders.

Used graphics from a variety of websites.

I am using Windows 10.
