Game crashes and friends crash offering contracts

So we’ve got 5 leagues loaded in an online career mode, I’m playing on pc whilst one of my friends is on the Xbox one, and the other on the Xbox one X.

I am managing Aston Villa, they are managing Arsenal and Chelsea and the game completely crashes on 3/7/21.

It also crashes for my friends whenever they try to offer contracts to players meaning that they can’t sign new players unless the responsibility is given away. 
Not sure if this has been posted already but I’ve not seen this so far
