Saved games vanished

I just had a power-failure while saving fm09 game, it's 1 save file, but I had 3 different games (Tottenham, Roma and Dinamo), so 3 save files, 3 games, 1 active. After I restored the power, and started FM, I couldn't load a game, so I thought yay, I lost a game, but then I wanted to load other games and noticed all three disappeared.

So I'd like to know...is it possible that there's a bug for this kind of situation where fm deletes all of it's saved games?

I also found some kind of crash dump.dmp file inside, is it a recorder or is it possible to restore something from it or...?

NVMD, I realized what happened, FM defaulted it's save folder, moving from Fm to Fm demo, you can lock it or delete it.
