Ayal Posted September 16, 2020 Share Posted September 16, 2020 I'm wondering if away goals count when playing with two-legged ties even though the matches are played at neutral venues. And if there are away goals, how does it decide which team is the home team? Is it random, decided by who hosts the match or something else?
