Cant adjust wage/transfer budget

Hi all.

 

I am new to the forums so not sure if this is the right place

So i seem to be the victim of a weird glitch now in FM20. I have about 190mil that I picked up from various player sales while having also used some budget to bring in new players. 

My wage budget is around 2mil a week while i am shown to be spending 2.3mil current and 2.3mil committed(both EXACTLY the same figures). Strange thing is i have no transfers of any kind in or out waiting to be completed and my FFP is perfect and there is no chance of breaching it. Ive sold players to try remove wages from my team but even when i went under the wage budget, i still could not adjust it. 

Does anybody know of a way to fix this or how I can get Si to take a look at this save file to see what on earth is going wrong. Really dont want to lose the save.
