I've only got the 'array, access out of bounds' error once. I clicked to offer a contract to a player and the error message appeared and the contract screen turned into a staff contract screen instead of a player one. I pressed ok on the error message, but it kept coming up. The game didn't exit to the desktop - this might have something to do with the fact I play it windowed. But all I did was withdrew the transfer offer for the player, then made another bid and pressed continue. Luckily, second time round I could successfully offer the correct type of contract to the player. That's been my only problem so far. I'm now well into my 2nd season and I haven't even bothered to download any of the patches yet.
