Stadiums and Draw

Hi, Can someone tell me how I can get stadiums to show up for host nation in an international tournament please. I keep getting only one stadium, which isn't on my list and then the national stadiums of the other participating teams. I have tried numerous ways of getting it to work. It just won't do it.

And can someone please tell me what setting I should have on draw rules, to make sure two teams from the same group are not drawn together in the next round. That's annoying too. I'm not sure which one to choose on the drop down menu for draw rules.

 

I should add, I'm using the FM 17 editor.
