Does FM18 simulates Ballon d'Or like real life? Can a defender or GK win it? I did a little experiment.

I created players with the best stats in particular positions. Here are the number of Ballon d'Or wins for each position-

ST- 3

W- 11

AM- 12

CM- 4

DM- 2

WB- 2

CD- 2

GK- 0

Turns out that's a similar distribution to real life. I was happy that at least some defenders won the award. No luck for GK though :/
