[FM13] Save Game Editor by PGWS team.

Hi, not sure if this has been posted before, but for those people who needs a editor, this is a very basic saved game editor by PGWS in china.

What it does is that it allows you to edit player details.

Here is the info they provided:

如果运行不了，请安装.NET Framework(至少4.0版本)

注意：

1、保存后可以点刷新查看球员现在的属性

2、不要加载超过40个球员，否则可能会卡死

3、修改完一个球员保存后，可以双击球员UID标签关闭载入的球员

What it means, is u will need NET Framework 4.0 and above if it doesn't run.

Also do not edit more than 40 players, or it will crash. (not sure about this though)

So it basically reads memory like FMRTE/FMScout, so firstly you have to run your FM2013 and load your game.

Once game is loaded, then click this button.

After that, input the player ID into the text bar(black circle), then click the button(blue circle)

After that, the stats will be loaded.
