Big pitch, Bad team.

I'm looking for help on how to play on a wide pitch but with a team that's probably one of the worst in the league.

My pitch size is 103 x 74, and i seem to play better away than at home.

I've tried playing narrower, exploiting flanks and a whole range of other variations but can't seem to dominate possession and create chances like i want to.

I have searched in the forums, but not come across too many helpful links for this situation

I'm playing as sporting fingal in the first season, so i've pretty much started the game with an empty team.

Any advice would be appreciated...thanks
