LedZep Posted June 9, 2010 Share Posted June 9, 2010 I've searched the threads, but to no avail I've recently bought several players over 30 with very high ambition and professionalism with the sole intent of having them tutor some of my youngsters. Now my youngsters all have higher CA than my intented tutors and after three games I can't get the seniors to mentor the youngsters. The seniors are all in my reserve squad and I have no intention of playing them (their all backup) What I want to know is do I have to wait until the seniors have assimilated before I can have them tutor the youngsters (wait until the midway point of the season) or do I have to set their squad status so that their status is higher than that of my youngsters OR does the fact that the youngsters have higher CA than the seniors mean that they can't tutor them, period?
