What you need to do is bring in passing players with movement etc. Passing style: Shorter Ceative Freedom: More expressive Closing down: Press more Tackling: More aggresive Marking:Zonal Marking Crossing: float crossing Roaming: More roaming. Goalkeeper: Defend Rb/ Lb: Wingbacks Attacking Cb: Central Defenders Defend. Rw/ Lw: Wingers or Wingers attacking Cm: Deep Lying Play makers. One to Defend one to support. Strikers: one is Deep lying forward attack other one advance Forward. If you play with 3 central midfeilders, you can have one playing as a advance forward and other 2 normal deep lying playmakers. The striker role would be advance. This tactic would take time to gel,and i would recommend if your backroom advice say to learn passing training, take it. Didcot are improving all the time and we starting to dominate some games. Also i would recommend to bring in quality signings,because you will start to dominate games more.
