Crash Dump issues with my database

Hi im trying to make a database without:

Man Utd

Man City

Arsenal

Chelsea

Liverpool

and I swapped them all the way down to the lowest league possible and then created new teams to replace them then i deleted them from the game so they are taking up any league space. but everytime ive tried it i have got crash dumps on 18th July. I have noticed that its just after Euro Cup results so i made all the teams i want in europe but still i get crash dumps

Any advice much appriciated!

also i have changed all the recent winners of league, and league positions of the prem last season ect. as i thought these would be most important.
