After my first season it did it first and then I just kept saving each day and I eventually got past it. I’m in the second season transitioning to the third and it is still doing the same thing.

Not sure it is a known issue or not.

Sorry to hear about this issue guys, is there a specific date you're both seeing this on as it can vary with leagues. When you say the game resets, is it just loading up your previous save file? Can you describe what you're seeing or maybe show a video of this happening as it will help us investigate further.

I actually sent an email to Sega Customer Support on the 16th of November with all the details in it but received no reply whatsoever from them regarding it.

Im trying to upload the screen recording I sent to them showing the issue in action however it exceeds the maximum file size.

Hi Michael, sorry for the late reply I must have missed it. I uploaded the screen recording as an MP4 (I’ll attach a picture with the file name)
