Recruitment not working - scouts don't return any players

Hello, this should be resolved in the winter update. 

I'm unable to state a specific date, but looking back at previous years you can see examples of the winter update being released around end of Feb/early March.

@Zachary Whyte thanks for the update. Will this fix the issue in current saves or would I need to start a new save?

All fixes are save game compatible unless we state otherwise. Generally a new save game is required only when changes relate to the database, rules, schedules or competitions.
