My team does not follow at all my throw-ins tactics/players instructions

I also found another bug (see the link that shows my football manager screen) that may explain my throw-in tactic issues. I just checked my scouter's missions to see their progress and I realized that in the section ''fits tactic'' there was originally nothing on. It was the same for every single scouter's mission which is literally impossible I missed it when I created them before the season started. However, even when I reset the mission and put it in place to fit my tactic (which is 5-2-1-2 adjusted), when I go and check it again, it shows that it is searching for a 4-2-2, even though it is stating 5-2-1-2. Is it possible that during my games the game reads my tactics as a 4-2-2 and therefore my throw-in tactics are set to the default ones of a 4-2-2? This is kind of annoying, I have spent a lot of time in this save, and feels like it is collapsing out of nowhere...
