  • Online Saves are only letting 2 people in

    For about 2 years now there has been a glitch over the FM’s of those years where only one person after the host can get into an online save on XE. Me and my friends have attempted everything and only had it work once so I want to know if there will ever be a permanent fix or update that will resolve this issue. As many people have been affected and it annoys very deeply that I can’t play FM with my friends. I just want to know the progress on fixing this issue. Please, thanks.

    Can I double check what you've tried so far before I check in with the Xbox team?

    Could you fill this out for me and I'll be able to escalate it to our Dev team:

     

    Host:

    Is your connection wired or wireless?
    What is your current NAT type?
    What console are you playing on?
    Can you please check your cross play permissions? 
    What is your lobby type? Online Career, Fantasy Draft or Versus Mode.
    Allow users to join type? No, Friends Only or Anyone.
    In what order did each person join?

    Players:

    Is your connection wired or wireless?
    What is your current NAT type?
    What console are you playing on?
    Can you please check your cross play permissions? 
    What is your lobby type? Online Career, Fantasy Draft or Versus Mode.
    Allow users to join type? No, Friends Only or Anyone.
