Unable to add anything from a lookup in “create-a-club”

Sure, this is on PS5 console and has been like this since initial release.

Complete screenshot recording too large to upload complete journey so have broken down into two seperate issues.

the first example attached is when trying to amend nationality to German within “create player” section of create-a-club

Second example is when trying to add a new affiliate club “Leeds”

 

Anything else required? Is this being investigated?
