  • Transfer revenue percentage increased but stuck at 0%

    My transfer revenue percentage went to 0% during one season, I sold loads of players to improve finances. Now we are on £16m in cash. So I asked to increase the transfer revenue percentage which the board agreed to, but the percentage has stayed the same??
