Issue: Contract promise made to review contract at end of season. Just 1 day later (Oct) Agent is reminding me about his contract increase. The reminder should be be much closer to the date agreed e.g. toward end of season not 1 day later

3. 11/10/23 Agent is reminding about the promise 1 day ;ater when we agreed to renew end of season. Reminder should be much much nearer the date agreed e.g. say a reminder in March '24 about promise made to make contract improvement offer at end of season
