I have set multiple recruitment focus to scout any position from any tactic & any position. I have set current & potential ability requirements & set them to ongoing.
The first problem is that even though I have set the requirements very wide, I still get very few recommendations.
The second problem is that the focus ends, despite being set to ongoing, & then restarts but searching for my primary tactic instead of any.
