    I created a top priority recruitment focus for a new centre back for Brighton, and it returned no recommendations despite the CA and PA both being set to only three stars. I have uploaded the relevant save game.

    Looking at this, you have a pretty high ca and pa with an age range also of 15-22. 

    CA is based off your current squad, so you are looking for a pretty young CB with a high current ability. Lowering the CA and increasing the PA would likely yield more results, or consider changing the age range. Hope this helps, thank you.
