Hello I have Signed a Scout called Mikaël Hanouna He have double nationality one of them being french, He speaks fluent french, I sent him to france several times, but his knowledge is 0, it didn´t improve at all, it´s the only scout not improving, also he doesn´t have any knowledge at all of any country, maybe that is the issue, I uploaded the save with the name Gootsu Ravenmonk - Broken Scout please take a look at it.
