When trying to sign a new player during the season, one of my players (Corey Baird) uses my entire salary cap of 5.3 Million, despite him having a salary 0.44 Million. All the other players don't have any impact on the salary cap, despite most of them having normal contracts. This makes it where I cannot sign any new players without releasing Baird, even if the new player is a DP or very low salary. Using General Allocation Money (GAM) doesn't do anything to help either. Is there anything I can do to save my coaching career save without having to release Baird?
