Crash whilst processing

For further context I have also verified integrity of game files and cleared cache and the crash still reproduces.

Okay we've been able to reproduce this and it's actually related to the 'Player of the Week' inbox item rather than the press conference. We're investigating and apologies for the inconvenience caused. 

If you mark all items as read, you may be able to advance without clicking on the item - if you can do that, the game won't crash - see below for what I mean.
