  • Can only Make 4 Subs

    Has happened in my save at the moment where in both premier league games and Chaampions leauge games i've only been able to make 4 substitutes, the 5th one states that i've made all of my subs..

    Hello, you need to make your five substitutions within three match stoppages. So for example, two subs at 60 mins, two subs at 70 mins then a final sub at 80 mins. If you sub on one player at three different times it will cancel out your remaining two. Hope this was helpful.
