  • One coach is constantly unable to get his Pro License

    I've hired many coaches at different clubs and levels. But this is the only coach who consistently is unable to earn his Pro License.

    Is something hardcoded about his profile to prevent him from gaining this license?
    I've seen this same issue in FM21 and FM22 for this same staff member.

    In my current FM23 save, he's been attempting it for years, since the very beginning of this save, but I'm always told that it's delayed and then he hasn't earned it.

    Why is this happening for only this one staff member?

    Hello, nothing is hard coded, if he's not got the right attributes & mentality then it's more likely he'll fail.

    There's no guarantees a coach will ever pass the coaching course, and the continental licence is harder to acquire.

    His visible attributes are far better than other coaches in game who achieve the Pro License.
    Which is what makes the constantly failure difficult to understand.

    What specific attribute is associated with success in the course? A hidden one like Professionalism?
