I've been requesting to my board to build a new stadium for 5 seasons, and have had them agree to it pretty much every year just for nothing to happen. The request appears again at the end of each season, gets agreed, nothing happens, and repeats each season.
I manage Birmingham, and have seen this same issue reported by others, so seems like it isn't just me. Is there a fix for this?
