Approaching to sign a staff member forces you to walk away

Opening the negotiation screen means you've entered negotiations, not just that you're checking their wages. 

I can add a few more details in this. Here are the steps to reproduce:

- From a list of staff members, either click on the person and select Contract->Approach to sign
   OR right click on the person and select Approach to sign
- Instead of "Walking away", select "Back".
- After you try to "Continue" the button is replaced with "Must respond" and you have to cycle over all the offers you did not walk away from.

EDIT: For reference, this was not the case in previous FM games. Once you hit back, you could exit the negotiations. I believe a "smarter" way to check the staff member's wage expectations would be easier (like in players by asking their agents).
