I've loaded up the pre-game Editor and, when using the current database, there are no cities. The IDs exist along with the metadata and regions, etc., but all of the names have disappeared for multiple (if not all) countries.
When I loaded the original database from the game release, all of the city names were there. So appears to be an issue with the new database.
