The prize money for the Copa del Rey is about €70m, so if this amount were paid to all the players, there would be a deficit.
Especially if you start with a club with no budget and win each competition, you will soon be broke.
Also, it is 10000% unlikely that clubs from promoted teams such as Almería would sign such a contract when they are not even qualified for the CL or EL.
The system forces managers to decide before the start of the season what their win bonus will be, there will be two bonuses, which is also unrealistic, except for a few star players.
