I have noticed in the editor that Katanning (2000104559) is the only Australian city which does not have its latitude or longitude coordinates set. They're both defaulted to 0.
The Latitude should be -33.687, and the Longitude should be 117.575. (As per this source. Not sure how accurate it is, but the other coordinates I could find are in the same ballpark.)
I have a theory that this might be related to the disproportionate number of Australian newgens who have Katanning set as their place of birth.
In addition... Katanning's Local Region needs to be set to Western Australia, and Katanning's Weather setting should also be changed. It's currently set to Canberra/Snowy Mountains (Katanning is nowhere near Canberra), but I think Perth/West Coast would be a more accurate Weather setting for this city.
