Had an issue where a team that lost their Europa League 2nd round qualifying round match dropped into the Europa Conference League fourth qualifying round instead of third qualifying round, probably having to do with the number of teams and ended up double dipping on coefficients, ending up with 4.00 points for the season instead of the 2.5 they should have gotten from being knocked out in the Europa Conference League Fourth round.
