This isuue will happen when I select more than one players in 'Tactics-Opposition Instructions'.
Asi is shown in GIF 1 and 2, everything is normal when 'instructions apply to players' mode (the green one) is on.
But it will not work correctly if I change the mode to 'instructions apply to all players' mode (the blue one). I can only change the setting of the bottom one.
This issue can be finded in the pre-game interface as well. I don't know if it is a bug or the correct mechanics.
