Whenever newgen's are generated, if they were poached from other teams via a club affiliation or a transfer, then most of said newgen's will end up being born on the last day of the month (except if that birthday falls in January), resulting in an abnormal distribution of newgen birthdays (especially the amount of newgen's in the same club who end up being born on a leap day as per below).
I uploaded the save "Newgen Birthday Bug.fm", which is the day before the youth intake of the club in the first two screenshots. Hope this helps.
