Cant apply or declare interest in any available job and no jobs appear in the job centre even when there are vacancies.

Hello, looking at your save you had your 'Manageable Teams' set as 'Nations Only'

To change this, click the FM icon in the top right and select 'Game Status' 

Under 'Game Information' click 'Manageable Teams' and make sure 'All' is selected not 'Nations Only'.

Hi, I'm having the same issue but can't find the manageable teams section anywhere. Is this different for FM24?

Manageable teams is still in the Game Status page, you might need to scroll down to find it.
