  • No transfer budget in January

    I started a new save with Newcastle but turned off transfers in the first window. By the time I got to the January window I had 0 budget whilst all other clubs were able to spend millions.

    I did an experiment by doing the same thing with Man City, PSG & Real Madrid. Unfortunately the exact same thing happened - 0 budget in January, all other clubs able to spend. Very strange.

    I should add that I asked the board of every team several times for more transfer and wage budget but was rejected every time
