When in the Individual tab of the Training section, if you select multiple players with a training rating below 6.5 you can use the criticise conversation option without the button vanishing. Using it again results in the same morale boost as the first time and doesn't upset the player. I have tested this over multiple weeks and on every occasion I have been able to criticise each player at least 3 times to boost their morale to perfect.
