When running a player/staff search using the advanced search tab, the exclude buttons do not seem to persist after pressing OK. I am using a custom skin, but I don't believe that is part of the issue
Reproduction steps
Go to Scouting > players tab > players in range > edit search > advanced tab > click exclude and uncheck "team" players > hit OK
Go back into edit search and click exclude again. Box is still checked.
Move back to Quick search and do the same, selection persists.
