Samsung Galaxy A12 interface

Hello @SleeKhan. There's a few questions I'd like to ask to figure out what is going on here. Could you tell us what versions of Android and Samsung's One UI you are running on your device as well as the screen size that is listed in your device settings? Also, from the Main Menu could you tap on About and then Credits and let us know what skin the device is using? I've highlighted where to look in the screen below.

It's android version 11, One UI core 3.1 the screen is 6.5 inches, 102.0 cm2 (~82.1% screen-to-body ratio)

Some mid range devices do not have the screen resolution to display the HD skin.

The Samsung A12 has a screen resolution of 720x1600 so it will display the DVGA skin. 

You can use the 'stretch display' option (Settings > view > user interface > stretch display) to make the game fill the screen, but it is not possible for this device to use the other layout.
