When I set up Nation Rules for France and try to convert the Nation Rules to Advanced Rules I get the error.
French National: could not find rules with 20 teams

Add Nation Rules to France (pick Add Lower Divisions And Cups to Exisiting Structure)
Click Convert to Advanced Rules
Click Yes in the Pop Up
Click Test Rules All
