Im playing with Brøndby in Denmark.
On the 16 december the players goes on winter break until the 21 January.
Then i ask for a warm winter training camp, the board accepts, and then it suddenly pops up on a random day within a week or so with the info about training camp the player will go on, at the same day as the news come.

Steps To Reproduce:
The provided save game is from 16 dec when they go on holiday. then just move forward a day or two ask for a warm winter camp, get it approved then move forward about a week and the players will go on camp, and all be home from there holiday.
