    you can as a manager get hired by an Uk club

    (have done it both in England and wales) without living up to the WP requirements of having a continental C

    Coaching Badges, witch should be required as a non UK manager, (certain I could do it in scotland And N. ireland ass well but starting to get abit tedious

    so you can do this your self if you want to )

    I did it as an American without any badges at all  sunday league exprience and started unemployed.

    The league rules state that any non UK coaching staff should have an Continental C badges to be employed ( get WP)

     

    (you can see that under league rules for the league in Question )

    Same Problem in Austria and Denmark BTW only here the minimum Requirement are minimum salary as non Eu staff and can get hired here as well without forfilling the wp Requirements

    Tell me if you need me to add this to all the specific country forums ( don´t want to spam you unless you want it, and was unsure where to write it )

    Have started every time as unemployed American manager no Coaching Badge and Sunday league Exprience

    and have had the Mls And the best Canadian leagues added as well, at least in every single case so it is not an issue of not having any other options to get hired.

    don´t know if this is considered a bug but think it should get fixed especially since there are  options to avoid the issues for players who find theme tedious like adding higher lvl coacing badge or second nationality.

    I for once enjoy the realism of Fm  and this don´t seems right

    • Steps To Reproduce:
      Should be simple start as a non UK non Eu Manager without any coaching badges (might be smart to pick sunday football expriences as well to help get a job at the right lvl if going for Austria or Denmark )
      ( make sure you don´t pick one that count as EU if You want to replicate the Denmark one the have several that does that ) be unemployed wait and get offered a job
      you will see that it will break the Wp rules for non staff in the given country (it did it for me 4 times now Wales England Austria And Denmark )

    have copied the issue to the aboved linked forum again as it have been removed whitout anyone given me any reason why

    so I asume it most be a mistake, If you don´t think its an issue are not important enough,  can´t fix it or whatever

    Could I please get some kind of answer so that I know thank you.

    The first post was never deleted, it's with the QA team awaiting investigation.

    As the full release is on Monday and there's heavy traffic on the forums there can be delay in getting a response, but I assure you the original thread has been marked and is with the relevant QA Lead. :)

    okay sorry if I spam you then just couldn´t find the thread any where and thought it might have been deleted by mistake or something

    I know you have alot to loook into atm so don´t worry about waithing time its not really an issue.

    Its the first time I have been in the beta for quite some years (think I only missed like 2 or 3 editions since CM 93 )

    and it look like insane so many issues that are raised makes me wonder if there are allways that many bugs / issues  in beta

    just hopping for a game without to many issues  :)
