  • Teams not playing enough U21s

    Hello

    Chilean Primera Division rules state that teams have to play U21 players at least 70% of total minutes or face a 6 point deduction. At the end of the season, most of the teams fail to comply with the rule, which totally distorts the final standings and it's completely unrealistic. It's happened for two seasons in a row already.
