If you're playing with multiple teams from the same computer, when you have a meeting, it'll insist attendance for the 2nd (or later) teams to have said meeting, but you physically can't get past it.
Furthermore when it fails, you get sent to the end page of the first manager's meeting.
So in the photos I attach - Wolves have had their staff meeting, and hotseat moves onto Man City, when you click attend meeting it shows you the outcome of Wolves' meeting.
Steps To Reproduce:
Setup 2 teams from the same computer. Have a meeting with one team. Attempt to have the same meeting with the next team.
