At full time whistle, when it shown match stats etc, I clicked on a goal to view again before giving my full time speech to the team.
After seeing this replay, the game would not allow me to continue to full time team talk, and therefore, unable to continue.
At the top of the screen it said something like 'searching for next highlight' but as it was the last highlight I was stuck at this stage so saw no other option other than to force close the game.

Steps To Reproduce:
After full time, click on last goal to see a replay of it. My last goal was 94th minute so was the last highlight so not sure if it is a bug specific to last highlight
