We need one before you actually make the request to the board - our testers advised that wasn't the case I'm afraid.

It's so we can replicate the issue in real time on our end, and have the coding team see the issue happening, rather than happened already.

No problem - I'm afraid we can't do much with it, but we're aware of the issue now and will attempt to reproduce on our own end. In the meantime, I'll mark this thread as needing more examples.
