Can't sign reserve team coaches

Could we get a save file to investigate this from, please.

 

Umm sorry where do i find the save file at? I'm playing on windows on steam. For more info, I restarted the save and I couldn't sign any reserve coaches off the staff free agents because I think they won't accept the role. When I place a job advert, the applicants will accept the role, but they won't accept the wage. In my past 3 or 4 saves, the coaches wouldn't accept any contracts, but in this save I was able to sign a reserve coach because I think his wage demands were low. Once I can figure out how to find the save I'll upload it ASAP.

On Windows, the file will be located at the following path:

C:\Users\kyle.brown\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2022\games

And you can upload the file via the link I posted in my previous post.  

 

OK i found it lol it was in my onedrive. Uploading it now, simmed forward a little but you should not be able to sign reserve coaches very easily if at all.

We've had a look, and while the pool is thin, there are staff who are willing to become Reserves manager. As a result, I'm afraid this isn't a bug.
