This issue has been around for some years now, and I am sure it has been reported before. But as it's still around I'll keep reporting it: At some point when I hover over the info icons and they expand, as in the picture, they get stuck. When this happens, scrolling is impossibe and I have to click somewhere on the screen once to get them to collapse again. This happens almost every single time I am at any screen where those icons are present. It's not a big issue per se, but it gets very tiresome to have to experience it so often.
I would also very much like an option to make it so these little buggers only expand when I click on them. Everything that pops up, moves, or in other ways act out whenever I hover over them are annoying.
